NOTES:
1. The term (REF) refers to the measurements taken from the Government furnished
hub or die.
2. The reverse shall be flat and suitable for engraving.
3. Decoration set shall consist of a regular size medal, a service ribbon and a rosette all
packaged in a presentation case conforming to MIL-C-14633, Type XV, Style 1 with a
Class 1 or 1A pad.
4. The ribbon for the pendant drape and service ribbon shall conform to
MIL-DTL-11589/62.
5. The rosette shall conform to MIL-DTL-14649/10.
6. The lapel button shall be purchased and presented as a separate item and shall
conform to MIL-DTL-11484/145.
