NOTES:

1. The term (REF) refers to the measurements taken from the Government furnished

hub or die.

2. Decoration set shall consist of a regular size medal and a service ribbon mounted on

a box pad in a cobalt blue box, approximately 4-1/4 inch in length by 2-1/8 inch in width by

1/2 inch in depth as stated in MIL-DTL-3943 under unit packaging.

3. The ribbon for the pendant drape shall conform to MIL-DTL-11589/374.

4. The lapel button for shall conform to MIL-DTL-11484/219.
