NOTES:
1. The term (REF) refers to the measurements taken from the
Government furnished hub or die.
2. The base has a platform to support the device. This platform will
require the base to be pierced in four areas - above, below and to the
sides of the platform. Pierced areas are indicated on the Government
furnished hub.
3. Enameled areas shall be as indicated. The colors shall conform to
the TIOH color chip numbers listed below or the standard sample.

4. Epoxy resin (stoning epoxy) may be used in lieu of hard enamel at
the option of the manufacturer.

The device shall be soft soldered to the base in the location
shown.
6.
Lapel button shall be lacquered.
7. Attaching device shall be prong with pick and flat ball type
clutch. The prong shall be centered on the reverse side and fused or
soldered to the lapel button.
8.
The full size identification badge shall conform to MIL-B-41809/2.
