The requirements for acquiring the product described herein shall
consist of this specification sheet and the issue of MIL-DTL-41819 listed in
that issue of the Department of Defense Index of Specifications and
Standards (DoDISS) specified in the solicitation.

Finish Chip Number 16.

Ribbon attachment "S" shall be die cut.
2. Ribbon attachment Dash No. -1 is intended to be worn on the Navy
Rifle and Pistol Marksmanship ribbon. Ribbon attachment Dash No. -2 is
intended to be worn on the NOAA Science award.
